Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 9, OF BRENTWOOD ESTATES, LESS THAT PORTION LYING NORTHEASTERLY OF A STRAIGHT LINE CONNECTING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10 AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8 OF SAID BRENTWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, AT PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1456 SPRING LANE, CLEARWATER, FL 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
