NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 522009CA015624XXCICI, DIVISION: 07, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS6, is Plaintiff, and IRENE SAMALTANOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRENE SAMALTANOS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, WELSH'S BAYOU ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
