NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 29, 2013 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 5005, Building No. 50, Phase 9 of Lake Forest, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, page(s) 56 through 62, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6000, page 1082 through 1163 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
