NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-014134-CI of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, and Defendants are Donal Loughnane, La Bahia of Redington Shores Condo Association, Inc., Redington Shores Yacht & Tennis Club Master Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Darin Pitre and Tenant #2 n/k/a Dana Pitre, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of October, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
