NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000457 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Paul A. Crawford, Cumberland Trace Property Owners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for 123 Loan, LLC, United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
