NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 29, 2013 the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT 7, THE TOWN CENTER AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS C.C., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 16273, PAGE 2450, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO;
a/k/a 301 East Lake Woodlands Parkway, Unit 7, Oldsmar, FL 34677.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
