NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-007159-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and David Essel, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Regatta Beach Club Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT N-803, REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 1 THROUGH 17, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 80 THROUGH 96 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243, PAGE 420 ET SEQ., AND THE AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13265, PAGE 850, ET SEQ. AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13678, PAGE 838, ET SEQ., ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
