LOT 85, NORTH DISSTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH THIRTY FEET OF VACATED 84TH AVENUE NORTH, ADJOINING LOT 85, ON THE NORTH.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on OCTOBER 15, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of t1he final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
