NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-8388-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR NATIXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, is Plaintiff and Howard Chavez; Unknown Spouse of Howard Chavez; Cypress Falls at Palm Harbor Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 707 OF CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15213, PAGE 2500, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 143, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
STREET ADDRESS: 2480 CYPRESS POND ROAD # 707, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
