NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011482 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , ROBERT LOUIS FOX A/K/A ROBERT L. FOX and SUE E. FOX are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 33, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION “C”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 72, OR THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
