NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-011521-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank Trust N.A., as Trustee for VOLT 2012-NPL1 Assets Holdings Trust, by Vericrest Financial, Inc. solely in its capacity as servicer, is the Plaintiff and Luz Rodas, Colonial Isles Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 5-B, OF COLONIAL ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4847, PAGE 1750, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
