NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-003475-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee RAMP 2005RS3, is the Plaintiff and Kurt Walter Ruby a/k/a Kurt W. Ruby, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC f/k/a Homecomings Financial Network, Inc, The United States of America, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, REVISED MAP OF CENTRAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
