PUBLIC NOTICE
You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 20, 2013 in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Capon Corporation.

Resolution vacating that portion of Right-Of-Way lying North of Lots 21, 22 and 23 and that portion lying North of Lot 1 in Section 24-27-15 and 23-27-15, Tampa and Tarpon Springs Land Company, as recorded in Plat Book H-1, Page 116 as recorded in the Hillsborough County which Pinellas was formerly a part of and reserving an easement over the vacated property.
