NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013203 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Frank Miazga, Tenant #1 n/k/a John Doe (Refused to give Name), are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 14, REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
