NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001642 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Martin D. Turri, Sheri A. Turri, City of St. Petersburg, Florida, Maximo Moorings Civic Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
