NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 13th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522008CA014208XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and JEFFREY KIMBALL; KIM A. KIMBALL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A/ SHARRON T. SCOTT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 27th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 29, MEADOW LAWN - SECTION ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 43 - 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
