NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09004057CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR7 UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FELIX SANCHEZ, DECEASED; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NILDA SANCHEZ, DECEASED; VANESSA MCCULLOUGH; KIMBERLY KIRISITS; LORI ANN FOSTER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC., DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA; HAVEN'S HIDEAWAY TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, HAVEN'S HIDEAWAY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 67-68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
