NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000023 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DIEGO COLLAZO, HILDA A COLLAZO, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of October, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 149, TRENTWOOD MANOR, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 68, Pages 64 and 65, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
