Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated August 30, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 13-000880-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff, and LARRY MICKLEY, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The West 35 feet of Lot 9 and Lot 8, less the West 23 feet thereof, in Block 1, OF SETCHELL`S PINELLAS POINT SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, at Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of November, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
