YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 13, BLOCK 4, REVISED MAP OF HOLLYWOOD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL., OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1145 15TH AVENUE SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33705
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before October 14, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
