ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 12, TREASURES OF CAPRI SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 66 AND 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Rickisha H. Singletary, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before October 14, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
