YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 802, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4215 East Bay Dr, Unit 802, Clearwater, FL 33764
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQ. Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 Primary: [email protected] on or before October 14, 2013, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
