NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08006810CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and, DAN'S ISLAND 1600 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ZUP, INCORPORATED DBA SKINEE DIP POOLS; PARKING AREA MAINTENANCE INCORPORATED; ERSAN GUNDEM; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 3, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 416, OF DAN'S ISLAND ON SAND KEY, A CONDOMINIUM-1600 GULF BOULEVARD AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN 6012, PAGES 813 THROUGH 853, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 92 THROUGH 100, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
