NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-017976-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-8, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is Plaintiff and Bruce J. Sheppard and Harbor Club Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 42 OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14368 AT PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER-WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON EEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
