NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-006217, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-4 is Plaintiff and FRANK R. HAYDEN; MARYELLEN HAYDEN a/k/a MARY ELLEN HAYDEN, his wife; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; THE VILLAS OF SAN MARINO AT PALM HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, VILLAS OF SAN MARINO AT PALM HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 25, 26, AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
