Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 29, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK “N”, NORTH BAY HILLS REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1140 PELICAN PLACE, SAFETY HARBOR, FL 34695; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
