NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, entered in Case No. 12003817CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-J2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-J2 is the Plaintiff and Anibal Alvarez; Patricia Alvarez; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9 day of December, 2013, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2203, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41A THROUGH 41H, OF the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
