Sidell; Unknown Spouse of Scott F. Sidell; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2013, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 100, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION 4, PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 27A THROUGH 27C, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
