LOT 9, BLOCK 752, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1110 Sea Crest Drive, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on December 9, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
