NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 28th day of August, 2013 in Civil Action No. 12-1966-CA of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, in which NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff, and CINDY L. GOOGINS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CINDY L. GOOGINS, n/k/a BRYAN GOOGINS, and SPINNAKER BAY MANASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale to be conducted via the Clerk's website at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property set forth in the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 7, BUILDING D, SPINNAKER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPINNAKER BAY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 942, PAGE 285, ET. SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 71A THROUGH 71I, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the recording of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
