UNIT 2202, LAKESHORE OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1983, FILED FOR RECORD FEBRUARY 14, 1984 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761 AT PAGE 1571; FIRST AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD APRIL 18, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 770 AT PAGE 1134; SECOND AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD JUNE 22, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 778, AT PAGE 1509; THIRD AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD SEPTEMBER 11, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 788, AT PAGE 706; FOURTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD MAY 14, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 773 AT PAGE 1924; FIFTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD SEPTEMBER 14, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 788 AT PAGE 1340; AND SIXTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD OCTOBER 31, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 794 AT PAGE 754, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 25225 RAMPART BLVD APT 2202, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on December 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
