NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-000361 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and RONALD K ADAMS, JR.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SABRINA DONNELLY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
