NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August, 13 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000263, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and BRIAN D. KEELE; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; FOUNTAIN COURT PGI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4406, FOUNTAIN COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2211, PAGE 45, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 3A THROUGH 3I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.

UNIT 4406, PHASE 4, FOUNTAIN COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2211, PAGE 45, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 3A THROUGH 3I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
