NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13001074CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD A. ZADOROZNY and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A SALLY TATARIAN are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 124, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20N, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
