NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA001573, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION AMORTIZING RESIDENTIAL COLLATERAL TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-BC5, is Plaintiff, and GEORGE E. LITTRELL, LEANNE PEARSON LITTRELL, AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendant(s).

This property is located at the Street address of: 435 Spray Lane, Port Charlotte, FL 33954.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
