NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 31st day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002083, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB. is Plaintiff and JOEL B. SMITH; STEPHANIE L. SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK F, REVISED PLAT OF BAY VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK F, BAY VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 10, AS REVISED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 147, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
