Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2012CC5151, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, REGENCY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are TIMOTHY E. TAYLOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY E. TAYLOR; REGIONS BANK, N.A. f/k/a AMSOUTH BANK; HUGHES SUPPLY, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 6, 2013 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 114, REGENCY OAKS, PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 12 through 24 inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
