NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003186 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JUNA CHARLES A/K/A GINA CHARLES A/K/A JUNA F. CHARLES; NIXON PETIVAL; CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, SHARP AND TURNERS ADDITION TO BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 296, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO BEGIN AT THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 20 FEET; THENCE WEST 50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 20 FEET; THENCE EAST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
