NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 007202, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and ALICE DHEN; HERSHEL KIRBY; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 11th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 41.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 135.0 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK “B”, GRAHAM`S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 187, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH: THE NORTH 135.00 FEET OF A PLATTED ALLEYWAY, VACATED BY OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1297, PAGE 196, LYING EASTERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 8. ALL OF THE ABOVE BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
