NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 004991, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff and HOLLIE TOLAR AKA HOLLIE A TOLAR; MICHAEL TOLAR AKA MICHAEL STEVEN TOLAR AKA MICHAEL S TOLAR; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 11th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
