NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA001695, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff and ERICK BRAVO; YANINA SANCHEZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 11th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
