Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 51, QUAIL ROOST, UNIT 1, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 1057, Page 1567, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto according to said Declaration and subject to all provisions as said Declaration, together with any amendments, to date, thereto, and subject to all other reservations, restrictions and easements of record, and taxes for the current year. Also an undivided 1/62nd interest in the lands, which interest shall hereafter be deemed an appurtenance to said Unit and shall not be subject to partition or conveyance separate from said unit.
