NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011999 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Vincent C. Bishop, Donna L. Harris a/k/a Donna Bishop f/k/a Donna Harris, First America Bank, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
