NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005457 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Audrey Trichter, Tenant # 1 also known as Alyssa Trichter, Tenant # 2, Tenant # 3, Tenant # 4, The Unknown Spouse of Audrey Trichter, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
