Siewak, American Express Centurion Bank, PNC Bank successor in interest to National City Bank, Joan J. Siewak f/k/a Joan J. Chase, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
