NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 000252 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Isla Gonzalez, Coltate Capital, LLC., Unknown Tenant (s) #1 NKA Estella Galarza are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, FIFTH STREET MANOR SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 49 AND 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
