NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 14th day of January, 2013, in Civil Action No. 11-798-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ANAHIDIA LEON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANAHIDIA LEON and BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court, Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 7 day of October, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Collier County Courthouse Annex, third floor lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier, Florida:
Lot 31 and 32, Block 85, Golden Gate Unit No. 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 97 through 105, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
