UNIT 106, BUILDING 40, PHASE 2, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS.
