NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the “Order Granting Motion for Partial Final Summary Judgment” dated July 1, 2013 and entered in CASE NO: 2008-CA-9206-NC, wherein WILLIAM H. MARSHALL is Plaintiff and ROY FAIRBROTHER, JR., VALERIE A. FAIRBROTHER, and MADELINE R. SMITH are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on October 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
905 50th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34208 further described as follows:
LOT 30, Block B, Braden River Lakes, Phase III, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 107, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; and (ii) Lot 15, Block A, Braden River Lakes, Phase III, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 107 through 110, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
