NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000893, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SCOTT E. BRONSON; MARIANE T. BRONSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SANTA BARBARA LANDINGS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 9, IN BUILDING 161, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
